Caring about your cleaningThere is no doubt we probably all feel we’ve had a very strange Easter, this year. The Government’s announcement last week extending the lockdown, has impacted us and many others in business. However Jon has swiftly adapted to homeworking and Sean and Izzy celebrated their eldest son's 18th, mostly with raucous singing on zoom and chocolate cake! Our overall feeling through this time is how businesses and the communities around us have joined together to support one another and showing kindness be this clapping for carers each Thursday, companies manufacturing ventilators and PPE or business colleagues checking in to see how others are doing . We personally are thankful to have been able to access Government support to retain our valuable team, our clients being open to discuss the retainment of our services during the lockdown period and the understanding of those that partner with us in finding a way forward to reduce or adapt the services they provide to us. Thank you for your forbearance, it means so much.
Deep Clean As a management team we are using this time, where many contracts are paused and staff furloughed, to ensure that when lockdown eases and your buildings are open again, we have everything in place, in adherence to any updated HSE advice, to ensure that our cleaning operatives and your premises continue to be safe . With this in mind we are able to offer a deep clean of your premises prior to you reopening them, this would involve a thorough clean, focusing on the high traffic and touch point areas, using a clinical grade disinfectant ( this contains virucidal, bactericidal and fungicidal properties). The cleaning operatives would follow a specific risk assessed schedule, wearing enhanced PPE. This would be quoted and invoiced as an additional one-off charge. There has been some discussion in the cleaning & facilities management sector of the use of fogging disinfectant systems to sanitise internal spaces of buildings. The efficacy of this compared to traditional deep cleaning with spraying, wiping methods remains uncertain, but if this is something you think you’d prefer to have, please contact Sean to discuss your requirements. We also have a local business colleague that can provide a sanitation spraying of external railings, shutters, paths etc. You can find more information here, or again discuss with Sean. For any of the above additional services above we would require as much notice as possible in order to coordinate the cleans in a timely manner before your reopening. In these uncertain days when so much is out of our control, we want to help your business environment to be clean and safe, ready to thrive again. Did you know? We currently have good stock levels of washroom products, including hand sanitiser. Get in touch now if you’d like to place an order by calling us on 0800 056 6670
