AFA's revolutionary TRANSPACKTOR introduces a fundamentally different method of wine bottle case packing -- eliminating the need for outdated, impact-prone packing methods that put wine bottles at risk.
The Transpacktor eliminates the usual culprits of wine bottle breakage:
❌No bottle inverters that put stress on fragile glass
❌No pick heads that chip and scuff bottles
❌No drop packing that causes impact, jams and broken bottles
Our patented, drop-free design gently places the case over the bottles— protecting every vintage and dramatically reducing downtime, waste, and damage. The Transpacktor delivers a compact footprint while dramatically reducing changeover time, production downtime, and bottle damage.

Our high-speed linear servo-driven pack cartoner is engineered to handle demanding bottle applications at rates of up to 300 bottles per minute, combining precision motion control with robust mechanical design. Utilizing fully synchronized servo axes, the system delivers smooth, repeatable bottle collation, precise carton erection, and accurate loading without the vibration and wear associated with traditional mechanical drives.
Product Feature: HD-IMA- Heavy Duty Intermittent Motion Cartoner (Video ID: 564)
Our high-speed linear servo-driven pack cartoner is engineered to with precision motion control with robust mechanical design. AFA Systems does not rely on third-party robot integration. Every robot in the cartoner is designed, engineered, and supported by AFA, ensuring seamless control architecture, consistent performance, and tighter integration with the overall machine design. This unified approach dramatically simplifies service and support, as customers deal with a single supplier for robotics, controls, spare parts, and expertise. The result is faster troubleshooting, readily available spares, reduced downtime, and a more reliable cartoning solution over the full life of the equipment.

Converting a manual-load cartoner to an autoload cartoner delivers immediate operational benefits, most notably reduced labor requirements and significantly higher production speeds. With automated product feeding, collation, and loading, the cartoner eliminates repetitive manual handling, improving consistency while freeing operators to focus on higher-value tasks. When engineered by AFA Systems, the conversion is designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing cartoner frame and controls architecture, minimizing disruption and capital cost.
