Semester 1 exams are nearly over! Good luck to everyone still sitting exams.

Exams may nearly be over but student support doesn't stop. If you need some help dealing with stress, there are some awesome Student Wellbeing resources, and of course Counselling Support is always available if you need a confidential chat.

Mid-year break is around the corner, so hopefully you'll have the chance to pick your feet up (or go on some adventures), and just decompress a little, however that looks for you.

You can now borrow journals for longer
From July 1 all journal issues will now be available to be borrowed for the standard loan period of 12 weeks. Find out more about borrowing journals on the University Library webpage.

Adelaide University Union (AUU) Exam Rescue Station
Forgot your calculator? You can count on the AUU! Find their Exam Rescue Stations at the Adelaide Show Grounds and Roseworthy campus for your backup stationery needs (thanks to Officeworks Keswick), calculator hire and sweet treats. Available 18 June - 2 July.

Library search - upcoming outage
From 1:30am until approximately 1:30pm on 3 July, Library Search and Course Readings (including links to Library resources within MyUni) will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. Library Search will redirect to Google Scholar during this time. For more information, visit the Library’s Service Status page.

Adelaide University Sport and Fitness are on the hunt for T20 cricketers (male and female) to represent us at the UniSport Australia National Champs on the Gold Coast from 1 - 5 August. Academic support services

Need help with Maths?
You can drop-in at the Maths Learning Centre (MLC) to talk to a friendly tutor, or access the service online. The MLC is open 10 am to 4 pm on weekdays (Adelaide time) until the end of exams. If your courses are maths intensive, you’ll receive emails about revision workshops. All past revision seminars are available on the website for you to view any time.

Revise with Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS)
Do you need some help with studies as exams are drawing close? Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) are available to help you in a broad range of subject areas. You can check revision session times for your course on MyUni.

Need help writing an essay or a report?
The Writing Centre could be the place for you. You can make an appointment for an online or a face-to-face session for exam strategies, study skills and final assignment support. Appointments are available 10 am to 4 pm on Weekdays throughout SWOT and exam weeks. New appointments become available throughout the day so check back in if you miss out!

Get immediate help with your assignments
With Studiosity you can receive feedback on your work in less than 24 hours, and/or chat live with subject specialists. Expert assistance is available on writing, maths, science and economics online from 2 pm to midnight on weekdays, and all-day Saturday and Sunday. Access Studiosity through Assignment Help in your MyUni courses.

Career Services and Student Employment support are free for all students.

  • For casual work while you study check out the Student Employment site from the AUU.
  • Gain internships and work experience by searching CareerHub
  • Find Graduate Jobs (apply before you graduate) with Career Services
  • Search for work at the University

The Careers team also run employer events and workshops to increase your employability, build your resume and LinkedIn profile, improve interview skills, grow your career and more.
