Soft plastics recycling breakthrough

We're teaming up with local businesses for a trial aimed at keeping soft plastics out of our landfill. Under the trial, soft plastic waste from the participating businesses will be processed by a local recycling company and turned into useful products, such as garden edging.

Tiger's tale has a happy ending

Tiger the troubled tabby has literally landed on his feet, thanks to the kind-hearted team at the Albury Animal Care Centre. Tiger came to the centre about a month ago after spending two years fending for himself in the bush. He fitted in so well that the team adopted him and now Tiger has a home of his own - and plenty of friends to give him a cuddle.
