And so, over the next 3 weeks, we are going to deep-dive into the 4 most effective meeting types for you and your team. These are team huddle, team meeting, 1:1 catch up and quarterly review.

When we are busy, it's easy to lose sight of the common goal and what we are working together to achieve. Having these consistent and agreed-on team touchpoints, to cover both short-term tasks and the delivery of long-term business goals, means there is no way you’ll lose sight of what you’re working towards!

Exclusive workshop for ProVision members

Facilitated and led by CooperVision
Professional Services, this interactive, CPD workshop reviews the fitting of Biofinity multifocal (sphere and toric) and the recently launched MyDay® daily disposable multifocal. Using small-group interactive discussions, participants work through various patient fitting and troubleshooting scenarios.

This workshop is aimed at Optometrists who wish to improve their success rates when fitting multifocal contact lenses. There are three sessions available at 7:00-8:30pm AEDT on the following dates: Tuesday 26 October, Monday 8 November and Tuesday 9 November.
