We're glad to have you with us and can't wait to see what next year brings!

All of us are taking a little break this year once Christmas comes, so we'll see you back on the 3rd of January!  We still have a couple of spaces before then to give your muscles some TLC. As always, we have booking online to check when there is space available. 

We do have a little price rise on the horizon, which will be in place for the New Year, thanks for understanding!

If you'd like people that you like to visit us or you're not quite finished with christmas presents, we have gift vouchers available that send directly to your email, or you can contact us once you've purchased online and we can leave them at reception for you to collect.

Ayurvedic treatments available with Ush

Ayurveda is the oldest healing science in the world. Ayurveda is a Sanskrit term translating to “The Science / Knowledge of Life.” Originating in India over 5,000 years ago, it is often referred to as the “Mother of All Healing,” stemming from ancient Vedic culture and has been passed down in an oral tradition from master to disciple for these thousands of years. Ayurveda has influenced many natural healing systems familiar in the West.

Ush is providing these Ayurvedic treatments to harmonise and balance your body mind and soul, and to support you on your healing journey. Ayurveda has over 40 different types of massage. She has grown up with many of these practice in her home. 

She also teaches traditional head, foot and face massage through the year so keep an eye out for those courses in 2025!
