Fox peer tutors can help
Rose Rybak is a junior risk management & insurance major who was looking for guidance with "proofreading, grammar checks, brainstorming ideas and paper structure." To help, Rose (above left) signed up for tutoring services at the Fox Business Communication Center (BCC) Rose worked closely with senior MIS major and peer tutor Lauren Quinn (right). Rose reflects on her experience with the BCC:
Being tutored by a peer is effective and efficient because they're more relatable. Peer tutors have been in my shoes and once did these assignments themselves.
I 100% believe the BCC has made my assignments better. I learned how to identify common mistakes and how to correct them.
If you're looking to secure a better grade on an assignment, I strongly recommend the BCC to all Fox students. It's also a lot less intimidating because it's your peers helping you out!
