The House Committe on Education and Labor will host a briefing discussing investments in the federal workforce system, including the $5 billion community college-led workforce training program, that are in the Build Back Better Act. Please see below for the invitation and instructions on how to register: 

"You are invited to participate in an upcoming briefing conducted by Chairman Bobby Scott and the Majority Staff of the House Committee on Education and Labor on December 16th 2021 at 12:30pm EST to 1:30pm EST on the investments in the federal workforce system included in the House passed version of H.R. 5376 the Build Back Better Act (BBBA).

The briefing will feature introductory remarks by Chairman Robert C. “Bobby” Scott, as well as information on the BBBA’s workforce provisions provided by Committee staff.
