New Product: Transpacktor Case Packer for bottles
Meet the new standard for bottle case packing applications. The TP-RCP replaces old-fashioned drop case packing technology with a patented system that minimizes change over time and provides an ultra-compact footprint. The system utilizes AFA’s gantry robot technology to place an open case over the collated bottles. This solution eliminates product damage from dropping the bottles in the case and simplifies the changeover process. No more having to change out heavy bottle laning parts and loading funnels, the TP-RCP just needs to change out the collating plates for different bottle sizes and arrays.
New Stock Machine: CP-COB - Combination Bliss Case/RSC Former
The CP-COB: Combo Bliss Case/RSC Former is an innovative packaging machinery system that combines running two (2) different case styles on the same machine. The system utilizes a dual gantry robot to form bliss cases or erect RSC cases. The gantry robots allow the case former to run at 20 cases per minute and provide stability when forming bliss cases through the female tool or erecting cases on the case shuttle system. Major system actuations are servo-driven on the system; all run through an Allen Bradley controls platform. The system is in stock and ready for fast delivery.

TR-GTE—Glue Style Tray Former is a compact, innovative tray former that can reach speeds up to 35 trays per minute. The system features all servo changeover to complete changeovers in less than 5 minutes. The tray former uses vacuum pick head to control the tray, ensuring efficient tray forming through all forming processes. A FlatStack magazine ensures operators load the magazine at an ergonomic level. The system comes with an Allen Bradley controls system and a Nordson ProBlue adhesive system.
