New Product: CP-TLG - Top Load Case Packer for bottles
The CP-TLG: Top Load Case Packer and Erector is a high-speed solution, achieving over 25 cases per minute speeds. The case packer can handle bundled and non-bundled bottles at an infeed speed of 180 bottles per minute. The innovative gantry robot case erector provides exceptional reliability and ensures high efficiency for your line. The system also has a bottle-turning system to handle a wide range of product SKUs. The case packer also features a compact footprint to integrate seamlessly into your production line. Standard on the system is a Nordson Problue adhesive system, Allen Bradley controls, and HMI.
New Solution for Drop Packers: Transpacktor robot to replace drop packing systems
Do you ever have a situation where your drop packer causes bottles to break during loading? AFA Systems has the solution to remedy this situation. AFA can retrofit existing drop packer lines with the revolutionary Transpacktor robotic case loader. Instead of dropping the bottles into the case, the Transpacktor will pick the top sealed case and place it over the collated bottle pattern. This system ensures no bottle damage, fewer overall change parts, and a more compact solution than a traditional drop packer. The Transpacktor robot is fully designed, built, programmed, and fully supported by AFA Systems.

The AFA Systems Delta 3 system handles random incoming products at 250 products per minute. Four (4) AFA Delta 3 robots pick random sandwiches from an infeed belt and accurately place them into the flights of a continuous motion flow-wrapping system. The system uses AFA Systems' Delta 3 robots that utilize Allen Bradley (AB) Servo motors, drives, and an AB control system. This feature means that AFA Systems completes all the servicing on the robots. End users do not have to go to third-party robotic OEMs to service the Delta 3 robots. The system has a VPN for remote support and a PanelView 1000 HMI.
