The HD-STK stick-pack cartoner is a robust machine that can handle many different stick-pack counts. The cartoner utilizes a Delta-3 robot to accurately group and collate stick-packs into the loading funnel. An overhead confiner combined with loading pushers provides accurate and efficient loading. The Sure-Load carton closing section of the cartoner guarantees that stick-packs will not fall out of the carton during machine indexing. The cartoner's interface is flexible to integrate with a wide range of stick-pack machine manufacturers. The cartoner can also offer glue and tuck closing on the same machine, offering high-end flexibility for end users.
Product Feature: MK-CCE - Horizontal Compact Carton Erector & Bottom Sealer
The MK-CCE carton erector, bottom sealer is a compact cartoner capable of running large cartons. This style of cartoner only seals the bottom of the carton to prepare the carton for top load processes. Furthermore, the heavy-duty frame provides 24/7 operation and minimum machine vibrations. A Nordson adhesive system provides reliable glue application. An overhead squaring unit ensures high flexibility as the cartoner can run widths on the carton greater than 2". Casters are used on the cartoner to improve portability. Allen Bradley servos and PLC are standard on this cartoner.
