Product Feature: MK-CCE - Compact Horizontal Carton Erector and Bottom Sealer
The MK-CCE is a compact carton erector and bottom sealer that can handle various carton dimensions. Cartons lengths up to 11" and widths up to 5" are achievable on this system. The system can run in a wet environment with an anodized aluminum frame, food-grade servo motors, stainless steel control cabinets, and junction boxes. The MK-CCE has a servo-driven rotary feeder with prebreak to ensure positive carton erecting on the main chain lug conveyor of the system. A Nordson ProBlue Flex with engineered folding rails provides the robust closing of cartons.

The PL-GRP – Overhead Gantry Robot Palletizing System is a compact, robust palletizer with perfect load handling and positioning. Also, the palletizer’s modular design allows the machine to be easily integrated into your production line. The PL-GRP has a clean and open plan, enabling operators to perform maintenance tasks efficiently. The palletizer is also servo-driven, which helps improve fault diagnostics and ensure smooth operation.
