• Rising sophomores, juniors and seniors are eligible to apply.
• Participating in TUIP will give students the opportunity to work alongside Temple University staff and faculty.
• Students will gain professional experience that can be added to their resume.
• TUIP Internships are located on a variety of Temple campuses, as well as remote/hybrid options.

Timeline For Fall 2022 TUIP

• June 1 - 26: Student Application Period to participate in TUIP
  This is for preliminary acceptance into the program. NOT a guaranteed internship.
• June 30 - July 19: Students accepted to TUIP will apply for internships in Handshake
• August 5 - September 6:
  Departments interview and select students
• October 3: First week of the internship

What area does the Temple Police Patrol? 

Temple Police patrols the area between 9th Street to the east and 18th Street to the west and from Susquehanna Avenue to the north and Jefferson Avenue to the south. An additional patrol area between 13th Street to the east and Broad Street to the west extends south to Girard Avenue to include the Temple Sports Complex. See the full Main Campus patrol area.

How can I stay informed about incidents in Temple’s patrol area?

TUalerts communicate information about an incident on or near Temple’s campuses that presents an imminent threat (e.g., a person with a weapon) and/or is deemed an emergency requiring immediate action (e.g., avoiding the area where the incident occurred).  TUalerts are sent via text message and email to Temple students and employees. Alert information for the general public is also posted on Temple University’s Twitter feed. 

I love tabling at events and representing Campus Philly on campus because I love sharing all the opportunities and information this organization has to offer. Campus Philly was a huge help with my transition into city life when I was a freshman, and I love helping give people a similar experience!
