Fellow Spotlight:
Isaias Hernandez
Isaias Hernandez is the Safina Center's Conservation Videography Fellow. You may know him better through his online alias and multimedia platform “Queer Brown Vegan,” where he produces video content about different issues in climate and ecology. His Safina Center Fellowship is supporting the creation of his web series "Teaching Climate Together," where he spends time with climate experts in the field and interviews them about their work. He hopes this series can inspire young conservationists and scientists, in the same way that television networks like the Discovery Channel and National Geographic inspired him as a child.
