Renewal of Pharmacy Premises Registration - Overdue Reminder.

You are receiving this email as the annual renewal payment for your pharmacy has not been paid. A number of emails have been sent to the email address held on the pharmacy file with Council and the annual renewal payment remains outstanding.

The fee for the annual renewal of your pharmacy premises registration is now overdue.

To ensure the approval of your pharmacy premises for a further 12 month period to 30 June 2021 your renewal payment of $515 must be received by 31 July 2020.

Payments for 2020 will not be accepted after 31 July 2020.

Should payment not be received by 31 July 2020 the approval of pharmacy premises will be revoked and the pharmacy will be removed from the Register of Pharmacies. Proprietors wishing to obtain a current approval will be required to submit an application for a new pharmacy.

The renewal of pharmacy registration can be completed online at https://renew.pharmacycouncil.nsw.gov.au.

Login using the pharmacy registration number. This number has the prefix PC and can be found on the Register of Pharmacies accessed via the Council’s website. To create or reset your password use the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page.

To check whether a pharmacy renewal payment has been made  -  Search the register of pharmacies at www.pharmacycouncil.nsw.gov.au. Check the ‘registered until’ date. A registered until date of 31 June 2021 indicates the renewal payment has been made.

* Please be reminded that all persons holding a financial interest in a pharmacy business were required to submit an annual declaration regarding such interest by 30 June 2020. Annual declaration notices were emailed separately to all financial interest holders in May.
