UPDATE

National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards

The Commission has approved four organisations to conduct accreditation assessments to the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health (NSQDMH) Standards.

The list of approved agencies is published on the Digital Mental Health Standards assessment web page. Agencies are approved by the Commission following application and review by an approval panel.

Find out more about the scheme that accrediting agencies are approved under: Australian Health Service Safety and Quality Accreditation (AHSSQA) Scheme.

Accreditation to the NSQDMH Standards commenced on 1 November 2022.

Digital Mental Health mapping tool

Some service providers already accredited to the NSQHS Standards may also seek accreditation to the Digital Mental Health Standards.

Our new mapping document charts every action in the Digital Mental Health Standards to the NSQHS Standards showing whether there is a full match, partial match or no match to an NSQHS action.

Service providers will be able to easily see where they need to focus their efforts when preparing for an assessment to the Digital Mental Health Standards.
