NSQHS Standards Advisory AS21/04: Provisional accreditation to the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards for primary and community healthcare servicesProvisional accreditation has been expanded to include healthcare services already accredited to the NSQHS Standards wishing to transition to the Primary and Community Healthcare Standards.
