She launched and organizes the Central Indiana Neuropathy Support Group and is on the board of directors of the Indiana Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. In this event, Dr. Frazer will be interviewed by Dr. Richard Kuhn, Distinguished Professor and the Director of Purdue Institute of Inflammation, Immunology and Infectious Disease, on the COVID-19 vaccine development and vaccination trends. She will also talk about her career path as a well-established woman scientist, balancing work and family along the way. Tuesday, Nov. 2, 6:30 pm EDT ![]() Centre Film FestivalNovember 1-7, 2021 The Centre Film Festival runs from November 1-7, and is FREE to students. There are a NUMBER of films related to bioethical issues, and there will be various discussions that raise such issues after film screenings. There will also be some panels relating to the films shown: 1. Thursday, November 4, at 3 p.m. ONLINE -- "My So-Called Selfish Life" 2. Sunday, November 7, at 12 p.m. at the Rowland Theater in Phillipsburg (in-person) -- "Kili Big" and "Shredded" There are also many other films that focus on bioethics and health humanities. ![]() Bioethics and Medical HumanitiesFood Drive and Info Session The Penn State undergraduate Ethics in Medicine & Science RSO will be hosting a Food Drive and Bioethics and Medical Humanities (BMH) Informational Session. The food collected will benefit the Penn State Lion Pantry for students. The informational session will feature faculty and students in the BMH Minor.
