The system interfaces with a Jones Pouch machine to seamlessly handle two lanes of product. Using servo indexing conveyors ensures the pouches collate accurately and load into the erected cartons. Furthermore, the HD-LSP utilizes an Allen Bradley PLC with PanelView 1000 HMI. The system's robust design ensures 24/7 operation.
