What is needed from you? Images (along with a short descriptive blurb for context) that represent the challenges you have faced over the last few months. This could be anything from a picture of a messy workspace at home, pets, homeschooling efforts, someone watching the news about current events, having a tough conversation about recent tragic events with family members, participation in a peaceful protest, or documentation of a stressful day at work. What is the goal? These images and sentiments will be compiled in a short video that will be shared on the DOM website in the coming weeks. Thank you for giving us a glimpse into your current routine and helping us understand the challenges our diverse faculty face. The DOM Mentoring Subcommittee looks forward to creating new and relevant resources to support our faculty during these challenging times. Deadline: Tuesday, July 7. Submit all image files as a JPEG and blurbs can be sent via email or word document. Unless you are in the photo, your name will not be associated with the image in the final video. Please contact Lauren Marshman in the Office of Faculty Development for more information.
