Working on our frontline can be very rewarding - our staff often say that the satisfaction in helping people to have those “lightbulb” moments and make positive progress in their lives is immense.

However, it can also be challenging. There are times where our staff don’t get the outcome they had hoped for with a person, or where their resilience is tested.

In this issue of Tiritiri, we are focusing on resilience and wellbeing for our staff. We asked our staff how they maintain resilience - and are supported to do so - including through things like separating work and home, connecting with colleagues, and checking in with themselves.
