Provost Academy »

We had a great week dipping our toes into regional water with the University of Pittsburgh Provost Academy! First year students learned about Pittsburgh water through hands-on water activities, including watershed walks, stand up paddleboarding, a scavenger hunt along the north shore, and much more! Thank you to our partners at The Watersmith Guild, SurfSUP Adventures, Indiana County Conservation District, and Student Office of Sustainability for providing engaging activities and content! We had a blast!

Understanding the past helps us predict and mitigate future impacts, particularly in environmental justice communities.
