How to turn an idea into reality

Headphones

Kenneth Carter, ENG ’11, became inspired to create a set of headphones that cater to a person’s individuality. “I thought, ‘What can I do to make headphones that will give people a feeling of individuality?’” says Carter. And that is how his newest venture, Abstract Soundz, came to be. Learn how he turned his idea into reality with help from the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Institute.

Innovative Idea Competition

The Innovative Idea Competition encourages the generation of innovative new products, services, and technologies from all 17 schools and colleges within Temple University.

Who is eligible? All Temple undergraduate and graduate students, alumni, faculty, and staff

What are the prizes? More than $7,000 in cash prize packages!
