A Record Month & Gratitude: 

Despite some of the tightening of Credit we have seen in the market (that is discussed in the attached video and summary of that video above) we continue to find lenders willing to get deals done, so much so that we just had a record March.  We are not seeing deal volume slowing down either.  There continues to be strong Borrower demand for both business acquisition financing as well as real estate financing, and there are still plenty of lenders with capital looking for quality transactions.  We expect 2025 to continue to be a robust year for loan volume.
