Product Update: VC-IMC - Vertical Intermittent Motion Cartoner
AFA has recently completed a new vertical cartoning line to load fasteners into cartons. The AFA vertical cartoner has the ability to run 1.25" depth cartons making the system extremely flexible for end users. The system also features servo-assisted adjustments on key components to make the change over more user-friendly. The VC-IMC seamlessly integrated Batching Systems' counters to count and load fasteners into the erected cartons. The system comes standard with an Allen Bradley PanelView 700 HMI and servo motors and drives.
Product Update: VC-VCA - Vertical Autoload Cartoner
AFA has completed the VC-VCA handling 1L and 700ml bottles at 250 ppm. The bottles come on a single lane to the cartoner, and a timing screw pitches the bottles for a racetrack-style cam loading system. The system features AFA's innovative auto-bottom carton magazine and erector design for high-speed cartoning. The system also has an open flap and a missing carton reject system for high-operational efficiency. Servo motors and drives on all major actuated components improve trouble-shooting capabilities and operation. Furthermore, VC-VCA utilizes an Allen Bradley PLC with PanelView 1000 HMI.
