Stallholder Opportunities

Wollondilly Shire Council, Transport Heritage NSW and NSW Rail Museum are proud to present the 2025 Thirlmere Festival of Steam held on Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th May 2025.

Wollondilly Shire Council is now taking Expressions of Interest from stallholders looking to be a part of this exciting festival, which attracts thousands of locals and visitors. If your business or organisation fits any of the below categories, we encourage you to submit an expression of interest (EOI):

General Market Stalls – Retail goods / services
Food Vendors
Not for Profit / Community Groups / Charity

Stallholders will have the opportunity to take part on Saturday 17 & Sunday 18 May, 2025.

Applications close Friday 14 March. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Events team: events@wollondilly.nsw.gov.au

Nominations Open

Nominate and support fellow Wollondilly businesses in the 2025 local business awards. Nominations open today and close on 18 March.

The presentation evening will take place on Wednesday 21 May at Club Menangle Trackside.
