CALL FOR ABSTRACTS | 14th International Symposium on Concrete Roads

The Polish Cement Association and EUPAVE are organising the 14th International Symposium on Concrete Roads from 19 to 23 June 2022 in Krakow, Poland. The motto of the conference is “Concrete Roads to the Green World”.

A wide range of 11 themes covers all aspects of concrete pavements from design to preservation, including case studies and innovative concepts and developments. A special focus will be given to all sustainability issues, such as the green deal, the circular economy, economic and societal topics. The list of themes can be found here.

In addition, 2 special sessions will be organised:

  • The first special session will be focused on base layers and more specifically hydraulically bound base layers, soil stabilization and in-situ pavement recycling.
  • The second special session, on concrete block paving, will include concrete paving blocks, tiles, slabs and removable pavements.

Experts in these fields are called to attend this Symposium and to contribute with a paper and a presentation or poster. Anyone interest is invited to submit an abstract, around 300 words, written in English.
