Product Feature: HD-LSP - Heavy Duty Linear Servopack Autoload Cartoner for Multi-pack Cartons
The HD-LSP: Heavy-Duty Linear Servopack Cartoner is the ideal machine for flexibility and efficiency. The system can run two-pack cartons at high speeds (240 ppm) and multi-pack cartons up to a 12 count. The linear servo pack provides high-speed collating for multiple product types, such as flow-wrapped and trayed products. The cartoner's unique loading system allows seamless collation of two-pack to 12-pack sizes. The cartoner employs side and top confinement to mitigate catch points during loading. The system comes standard with an Allen Bradley control system with a Nordson ProBlue adhesive system.

The TR-QCP - Case Packer utilizes a gantry robot that completes the collating and loading of the cartons on the same robot. The gantry robot will pick a predetermined layer of cartons and then place them into the system's loading funnel. This process will continue to create the correct pack pattern. The gantry robot features a pusher plate on the robot's horizontal end, allowing the system to push the collated product into the case. The case packer also features AFA's innovative Flatstack Case MagazineTM and gantry robot case erecting system. The system comes standard with a heavy-duty frame for 24/7 operation.

The HD-CMA Cartoner is a robust cartoner that is capable of running up to 300 cartons per minute (cpm). This application featured the cartoner handling sardine aluminum cans at 250 cpm. The cartoner smoothly handled the product with servo timing screws and a ramp-up style autoload bucket module. The cartoner also featured an 8' magazine and servo-driven rotary feeder with carton prebreak system to ensure consistent and reliable operation. An Allen Bradley controls system and Nordson adhesive unit come standard on the HD-CMA.
