It is almost the end. In June 2021, the Spanish city of Valencia hosted the launch of the GoNexus project. It will return soon for a final meeting this coming May to officially bring the project to a close.
Over the past four years, all the partners have made significant progress in researching and shaping an efficient and sustainable governance system based on the Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystem (WEFE) Nexus approach.
Together, they have also worked hard to raise awareness about the importance of better resource management.
Today, the growing demand for water, energy, and food—and its impact on ecosystems—must be considered if we are to achieve long-term resilience across economic, environmental, and social dimensions. 🌱🌍
