Product Feature: HD-LSP - Heavy Duty Linear Servopack Autoload Cartoner for pouches
The HD-LSP: Heavy-Duty Linear Servopack Cartoner provides high-speed collating to integrate seamlessly with flow-wrapping systems. The cartoner utilizes a servo-pack collating conveyor to accept product at 200 products per minute (ppm). The cartoner can also run cartons at 100 per minute, allowing the system to run intermittently instead of continuously. This advantage results in better control when handling multi-pack cartons. The application featured the HD-LSP handling a 2-count SKU to a 12-count SKU. The system is controlled by an Allen Bradley controls system and features a heavy-duty frame for 24/7 operation.
Product Feature: HD-IMA - Heavy Duty Intermittent Motion Autoload Cartoner
The HD-IMA - Heavy Duty Cartoner provides consistent, reliable cartoning for bulk product applications. The cartoner features the innovative sure-load system to ensure bulk product does not fall out of the carton during machine indexing. The cartoner features a servo-driven rotary feeder with prebreak system for efficient carton erecting. For this application, the HD-IMA cartoner interfaced with a vertical scale to effectively handle bulk wrapped product into the loading funnels. The loading funnel includes side and overhead compression to ensure smooth loading into the open cartons. Quick servo-driven length adjustment is included on this robust cartoner.
