Goodwill leave days are back!
You would have seen Julie Edwards' email from 12 October announcing non-casual staff will once again receive three additional days of leave, to be taken on designated dates over the holiday period.
Those dates are:
- Monday 6 November 2023
- Monday 18 December 2023
- Tuesday 19 December 2023
- Wednesday 20 December 2023
- Thursday 21 December 2023
- Friday 22 December 2023
- Wednesday 27 December 2023
- Thursday 28 December 2023
- Friday 29 December 2023
Goodwill leave days are leave in addition to your annual leave, and apply to all non-casual staff who would normally work on those days. Apply for goodwill leave in Preceda from 23 October, and make sure your team has coverage and your manager is aware.

Referendum media release
The No result of the Voice to Parliament referendum is a disappointing outcome that hinders progress towards self-determination and reconciliation, and solidarity with First Nations communities must continue, our media release said.

Hammertime
Our woodworking for women course is back at the Ecological Justice Hub on 11 November, teaching people of diverse genders skills with hand and power tools.
All Staff Day
7 December in Melbourne is our next All Staff Day – you would have received a calendar invitation from Julie Edwards, with a registration link to come soon.
