EOI closure

The expression of interest (EOI) process has now closed. Thank you to everyone who participated. The three-stage licensing process is competitive and subject to strict probity requirements to protect the integrity of the auction. As a result, we are unable to comment on participation in the process, including the number of expressions of interest that we have received.

We appreciate your patience throughout this first stage of the licensing process.  If you submitted an EOI, no further action is required at this stage. You will be contacted in due course regarding any additional information needed, and in time the outcome of your submission.

We encourage anyone with questions about the online gambling implementation programme to continue using the Q&A form.

To ensure all participants receive the same information at the same time, we will not respond to questions individually. Instead, we will publish updated Q&As on our website. The next comprehensive update will be made available at least one week before the auction is due to commence.
