Local jobs, local trades, local housing impact
A standout feature of the $200M+ project has been its commitment to the Coffs Coast workforce. Through The Shoreline, Bachrach Naumburger Group (BNG) currently employ over 200 staff. During the design and construction, trades have been sourced locally with Coffs Harbour-based FM Glenn Constructions delivering the build. The Shoreline is also helping free up housing stock locally. BNG General Manager Steve Gooley notes that around 90% of residents are local (from Coffs Harbour or the wider North Coast), and that over 100 Coffs Harbour property sales in the past three years have been linked to residents selling and moving into The Shoreline, helping release homes back into the local market.
