Western's COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

All Western students are required to submit proof of vaccination in compliance with Western's COVID-19 mandatory vaccination policy. New students should have received a message to their Western email account (@uwo.ca) with the subject line "Action Required: Mandatory COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination Status" from 'noreply@survey.uwo.ca.' This is your personalized link to upload your proof of vaccination. If you did not receive the link, please email sscm@uwo.ca.

For the latest updates on Western's COVID-19 precautions and safety measures, including masking, visit uwo.ca/coronavirus.

Please note that you may be required to obtain additional vaccines upon arrival to Canada to comply with Western’s vaccination policy, even if you are declared exempt from quarantine requirements. Please review the websites below for more information.
