Hello 2023 NYSF Year 12 Program Participants,
The NYSF Year 12 Program starts tomorrow morning (Tuesday 10 January)!
See you online for the NYSF Opening Event on Whova – make sure you can access Whova on a web browser on your computer or as an app on your device before the program starts as it can take a few minutes to set up. Instructions for access are here.

The NYSF Opening Event starts at:
- 8:00 AM in WA
- 9:30 AM in NT
- 10:00 AM in QLD
- 10:30 AM in SA
- 11:00 AM in ACT, VIC, NSW, TAS

Ensure you can access Whova before the program starts!
Access our event app (hosted in Whova)! You can use the app to access all digital events and see your in-person STEM visit details, including meeting places and any specific visit requirements.
It can be accessed straight from a web browser on your computer or by downloading the Whova app on your mobile device. Please follow the link for instructions.
Important pre-program survey!
Before the program kicks off, we'd like to know a little bit about your current study and career plans for the future! Once the program is over, there will be another follow-up survey so you can provide your feedback and so we can see how the program may have impacted your future plans.
The survey should only take a few minutes.
Everyone who completes the survey will go into the draw to win an NYSF merchandise pack!
The survey closes 9am AEDT on Wednesday 11 January
