Dear Members and Colleagues, 

In 2022 we lost one of our long-standing members and champion women barrister, Janet Coombs. 

Janet had a long tradition of welcoming women to the bar by taking all new women barristers out to lunch. Janet was very passionate about this course and as such the Women Lawyers Association of NSW and the Women Barristers Forum continue to hold this lunch in her honour. 

Please join us, and distinguished guests, for our biannual lunch to welcome the new women barristers to the NSW Bar. This is a great networking event to meet our newest members of the bar and continuing the wonderful tradition of Janet Coombs AM to welcome new women barristers with lunch. All are welcome!
