Promoting and protecting the data, insights and research industry Are you a young researcher wanting to make a difference in the world?Then don’t miss your chance to enter Australia's Research Got Talent Competition.Entries for the Research Got Talent Award competition are open until 22 May 2024. Now in its fifth year, the competition is a joint initiative of the Australian Data and Insights Association (ADIA) and the global ESOMAR Foundation that recognises and celebrates young talent in the data and insights industry. Research Got Talent encourages young professionals in the industry to use market research and insights to support local charities and NGOs in overcoming pressing social issues. It is open to young research professionals aged 18-29 who are employees of an ADIA member organisation or work for an ESOMAR Australian-based member (individual or corporate). The Australian winner is automatically entered into ESOMAR’s global competition, giving them a unique opportunity to attend the ESOMAR Congress in Athens from September 8-11, 2024, and the ADIA Leaders Forum conference in 2025. Last year’s Australian winners were Alice Harris and Jack Ryan from Fiftyfive5 for their entry – ‘Project Wild Futures’ in association with Taronga Conservation Society, which aims to future-proof its two current wildlife hospitals in Sydney and Dubbo.
