NEWS I AI in public health: six areas to watch

Professor Don Nutbeam, editor-in-chief of PHRP and a professor of public health at the University of Sydney, along with Professor Andrew Milat, also a professor of public health, identify six promising areas where AI can be applied to public health. PROFILE I Prevention people  

Professor Luke Wolfenden is an NHMRC Fellow at the University of Newcastle, Co-Director of the Cochrane People, Health Systems and Public Health Thematic Group, and Director of the National Centre for Implementation Science (NCOIS). Luke collaborates with the Prevention Centre through the Scientific Advisory Committee and the Collaboration for Enhanced Research Impact (CERI). Luke was recently appointed as Senior Advisor at the Sax Institute, where he will offer his expertise in implementation science and evidence synthesis for chronic disease prevention. Read more
