Kia ora e hoa,

If you’re considering applying for a role with us, it’s likely that you have a few questions.

Our ‘Kai and Kōrero’ sessions and Information Evenings are a great opportunity to come along and get those questions answered, so you can feel confident that the role you’re considering is for you.

Both Information Evenings and ‘Kai and Kōrero’ provide the opportunity for you to meet team members and ask questions about the specific role the session is focused on.

In one of our recent online information evenings for programme facilitators, the team shared a video from programme facilitators working in the field, talking about what their role is like.

They also answered questions such as what experience is needed, advice on the interviewing for the role and what outcomes they see from the programmes for family/whānau.

If you’re curious about what it means to be a programme facilitator or even just want to get a sense of what our information evenings are like, check it out below. To see the video from our staff, skip ahead to 8.40.

Ngā mihi,

The People team
