One of ADIA's long-standing strategic partners, Alison Earl, is an Author, International Speaker (Alison presented at the 2019 Leaders Forum), Trainer and Strategist, and guest lecturer in behavioural economics at the Harvard School of Public Health. She also leads a think tank dedicated to solving the most complex problems in behaviour change – bringing together leading academic and commercial minds – in collaboration with Harvard. In this latest training video (available on-demand), Alison explores the impact of the ever-present pandemic on our emotional state. The session provides tips and tools for dealing with negative thoughts and shares strategies to stimulate positive emotions, boost resilience and the human connection during this time of uncertainty and isolation.
