Caring about your cleaning
We’ve shared some lovely family time in August, going away to Cornwall under canvas. We
discovered great beaches, surf and cream teas of course!
Also keeping it in the family our son was busy, in his long summer break after GCSEs,
delivering our new leaflets to businesses in the local area. He did a superb job, which led to
several enquiries and new business. He’s now back in full time education studying for A
levels, but he’ll be back to help during his next holiday.
Employee of the month
Our Employee of the Month award for September goes to Vanessa Guyll.
Vanessa is a relatively new to our team. Since joining us she has taken on a number of our
smaller office cleaning contracts. All of the clients are really pleased with her - she's pleasant, reliable and works to a very high standard! Furthermore she's been a great help
with extra work, during what has been a very busy summer for us!
We are delighted with the excellent start Vanessa has made - it's great to have her on our
team and thoroughly deserves this months award!
A better impression for clients
Here at Cleaning Technique, the Directors have 3 young boys, all at school. Having recently
added primary schools to our portfolio of regular clients in the West Midlands, we’re hands
on at the start of any school cleaning contract. Cleaning door handles every evening,
reminded us of the increasing amount of bugs and illnesses like Norovirus,that affect
hospitals, schools and work places. We’ve found that a research study* identified that
although teaching and nursery professionals recognise the importance of hand hygiene,
there are key obstacles to best practice at pre-schools and schools, these include time, cost
and poor facilities.
