To encourage as many members as possible to share what's happening with pay, benefits, and industry trends, the deadline for the annual ADIA Salary Survey 2026 has been extended to Friday 11 September. Every submission strengthens the dataset, and we encourage members to participate in our annual benchmarking initiative conducted in partnership with Forsta. 

The Salary Survey provides a valuable opportunity to benchmark your organisation's remuneration against the market. Now including up to 12 years of comparative data, the Salary Survey Report remains a key resource for understanding sector-wide pay trends and informing workforce decisions.

Participation is free for all ADIA members. An invitation has been sent from adia-salarysurvey@aus.hxplatform.com to ADIA CEOs/2ICs and HR directors. Please check your junk mailbox if you don't receive the invitation. 

To improve the accuracy of industry benchmarking, the Salary Survey is open to the broader industry, thereby increasing the sample size and validity of the data. We remind members who are yet to finalise their submission to please ensure their data is complete and accurate to ensure the veracity of the Salary Survey data.

THE REPORT

All participating members receive a free Salary Survey Report (valued at $600) and access to the Forsta interactive dashboard.

The Salary Survey Report includes:

• Executive summary report
• A summary of data tables
• Average remuneration graphs
• Average salary summaries, including current, 3-year, and 5-year comparisons.

The results are an invaluable tool for:

• Benchmarking within the market and social research, data and insight sector
• Planning for new budgets
• Assisting with pay reviews
• Assessing your existing terms and conditions and benefits packages.

Complete confidentiality and anonymity of the survey data are assured. All data is aggregated and used only to produce the final report. Confidentiality is maintained at all times, and no information identifying any individual or their responses will be published.
