Product Feature: MK-LSP - Linear Servopack Autoload Cartoner
The MK-LSP is a rigid cartoner that can handle various product applications. The cartoner's linear servopack allows the system to collate products at high speeds (over 150 ppm). The MK-LSP used the servopack to rotate cans on edge to adhere to the customer's product application for this application. A servo-driven loader provides consistent loading into 4-count or 7-count cartons. The MK-LSP has servo motors on all major actuated components. The system features a Nordson ProBlue Flex, and Allen Bradley controls system.
Product Feature: HD-LSP - Heavy Duty Linear Servopack Autoload Cartoner
The HD-LSP provides the versatility to run different products on the same system. This application featured the HD-LSP running wrapped thin-sized pretzel sticks and large-sized pretzels at over 300 ppm. The heavy-duty cartoner can handle two incoming product lanes and seamlessly interface them with the loading system. The cartoner features a high-speed intermittent motion carton erector with prebreak for efficient carton handling. A gantry robot pick and place system ensures the flexibility to handle a wide range of product counts for the end user.
Product Feature: HD-LSP - Heavy Duty (HD) Linear Servopack Autoload Cartoner
Another product feature on the HD-LSP - Heavy Duty Cartoner. The cartoner provides high-speed collation capability and the ability to package multiple-pack patterns. The HD-LSP handles pack patterns from a single pack to an eight-pack for this application. Utilizing specially designed buckets, the HD-LSP accurately and efficiently handled wrapped pizzas coming into the system at 150 ppm. The HD-LSP uses a Nordson ProBlue Flex adhesive unit for top and bottom carton sealing. Allen Bradley servo motors and PLC are standard on the HD-LSP.
