A CLOSER LOOK:
GEOMETRIC PATTERNS

At this recently renovated West University home, the new multi-floor pool house and adjoining swimming pool serve as an eye-catching centerpiece. We introduced additional features to complement the modern, minimalist aesthetic. For example, the geometric stone paving and synthetic turf lattice frames the pool and raised spa, while a muted palette of native plants softens the bright travertine paving and walls. A small space connecting the pool area to the backyard was completely transformed into an intimate and contemplative seating area focused on a bespoke stone fountain feature, and a custom-made Corten planter serves as an anchor to the yard which was designed to maximize outdoor play areas.
