Nominations open for Academic Internship Program for Doctoral Students
Nominations are now open for the Academic Internship Program for Doctoral Students through CILT. Up to six potential participants with teaching responsibilities and a wish to be an academic are nominated by each college. Talk to your supervisors or Deans of Research to express your interest. Access free confidentialised ABS datasets
The Australian Bureau of Statistics/Universities Australia agreement allows researchers from our university to apply for free of charge access to various confidentialised datasets. ABS has been working on initiatives aimed at longitudinal integration of different datasets. Read more >
Coming soon: ResearchNow profiles and skills development update for HDR students
Some exciting developments are under way for HDR students in October, including a skills development update in Inspire and the introduction of ResearchNow profiles. HDR students will be able to create an external research profile to promote their research project, skills and publications. BGL and HASS HDR Spring Conference
Please save the date for the 2021 College of Business, Government and Law and College of Humanities Arts and Social Sciences HDR Spring Conference on Monday 15 November. This will be an exciting day to share and/or hear about the latest postgraduate research from our two colleges, as well as to network with HDRs and academics.
New Health & Wellbeing 'Oasis Online' FLO topic
Oasis Online is a new one-stop-shop FLO topic for all students, regardless of location, where they can access wellbeing and mental health focused resources, lectures and programs, and stay informed of new initiatives and opportunities to work on their mental health, but also volunteer to help their peers.
