The cases were from Maidenhead and Reading (Berkshire), Nuthall (Nottinghamshire), York (Yorkshire), two cases from Goring (Oxfordshire), Basingstoke and Alresford (Hampshire), and Beddau (Rhondda Cynon Taff). Miracle Molly...a CRGV survivor!Molly is a lovely Labrador Retriever who was referred to our Internal Medicine service in November because of a deep, painful ulcer and swelling affecting one of her legs. The appearance of the ulcer and the time of year made us worry about CRGV.

Laparoscopic and thoracoscopic (key-hole) proceduresWe are expanding our laparoscopic and thoracoscopic repertoire. We are now equipped with ports for single incision laparoscopy (SILS port), laparoscopic and thoracoscopic staplers, haemostatic clip appliers and specimen retrieval bags. This is all in addition to our range of conventional laparoscopic and thoracoscopic ports and instruments. Click on the link below to learn about the procedures now on offer.

Reminder - new spinal package at Anderson MooresIntervertebral disc disease is one of the most common neurologic problems in veterinary medicine. A definitive diagnosis requires advanced imaging of the spine and these cases can be particularly stressful. To help, our neurology team now offer a fixed price spinal package for small dogs (<20kg in weight) that have intervertebral disc extrusion and subsequent
decompressive surgery.
