Her research explored people's ability to quickly and accurately judge whether briefly presented problem-solving tasks were solvable or unsolvable. We asked Olivia to share her experience with us and what advice she would give to those undertaking a PhD. To view copy read more here > Renao Bai (MPH) John Salamon (MPH) What's New?2023 APRIL GRADUATION CEREMONIESThe April graduation ceremonies will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre between Monday 17 and Wednesday 19 April. Details of specific college/course ceremony date and times for the ceremonies will be advertised in early February and will be available here. All eligible graduates will be emailed details about how to book in February 2023. If you are currently undertaking your amendments and want to attend the April ceremony please ensure they are submitted by Friday 10 March. HDR STUDENT ANNUAL SATISFACTION SURVEY - STILL OPENThe HDR Student Annual Satisfaction survey will still be available until the end of February. This is your chance to have your say, voice your opinion on the services and resources, suggest improvements for the future. The survey is comprehensive and will take up to 30 minutes to complete. As a thank you gift, you can also go in the draw to win one of five $100 Visa gift cards. It is available as a PDF or a hardcopy can be collected from the Office of Graduate Research (Ground Floor, Registry). BE WELL PLAN RECOMMENCESThe Be Well Plan is an evidence-based mental health, wellbeing and resilience program where you will learn about how the mind works and explore and experiment with activities that enhance psychological. The 5 week online program will recommence on Thursday 9 March (and again in August). There are also a single 6 hour program available in July and 1 hour masterclasses from 21 March on particular topic such as managing stress, mindfulness and character strengths. These regular get-togethers are a great way to meet people from all over the world. There is no need to register - just turn up! Sessions are held at Bedford Park Campus every Wednesday and Thursday from 12pm-1pm and also at Tonsley every Wednesday at 12pm-1pm.
