University of Galway Open Days

Dear Guidance Counsellor,

The University of Galway Undergraduate Open Days are taking place this weekend on-campus over two days, Friday 7^th and Saturday 8^th of October, from 9am to 3pm each day. We are looking forward to welcoming you and your students to our campus. We just want to take the opportunity to highlight some important information to ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible.

Registration
We would appreciate your support in encouraging your students to register in advance and receive a QR code. This will prevent unnecessary queuing at our check-in desks on the day.

As part of Open Day on Friday 7th we are delighted to host a special event for Guidance Counsellors in The View, Áras na Mac Leinn (Orange Zone) from 11.00am to 12.30 followed by lunch in Moffets. Register NOW

Student Drop Off and Parking
Buses can enter the campus via two locations:

Entrance Via University Road
If buses enter through this location students can be dropped at the Quadrangle building and can then following the parking signs to Dangan Car Park.

Entrance Via the J.E Cairnes.
Buses entry campus at the J.E Cairnes School of Business and Economics can drop students at the Alice Perry Building of Engineering and then following signs to the Dangan Car Park
