Third-Quarter Invoices

Third-quarter invoices are now available and can be viewed and paid from your SLIP Inbox. Payments are due by November 14. 

Invoices can be paid in SLIP under the Invoicing tab.

 

Have questions about your third-quarter invoices? Contact accounting@fslso.com for assistance.

Third-quarter affidavits are also due by November 14. Affidavits are required to be submitted for agents who have transacted business during the quarter and can be filed under the Reports tab.  

Please note: Remitting payment for the quarterly invoices does not satisfy the quarterly affidavit filing requirement.
