Decorative

We're making it easier for businesses to meet their specific information requirement (SIR) reporting obligations.

Here are just some of the benefits for businesses from 25 July 2025:

  • Improved Inventory chemical records to make it easier to find information when there are SIRs.
  • Expanded guidance to help you work out if you need to provide information to us.
  • Improved forms on AICIS Business Services so it's easier to give us information.

Upgrade to payment platform in AICIS Business Services

We're moving to ANZ Worldline payment gateway in mid-June. The upgrade won't affect how you use AICIS Business Services, but it will enhance our digital payment system with improved security, better functionality, and advanced fraud-prevention tools.
